Zeno is currently accepting applications for contract billing in Tampa.  We are looking for an individual who can handle a fast-paced, interactive working environment. This position is responsible for calling customers for collecting and inputting meter reads, assisting customers with billing questions, setting up maintenance contracts and correcting and rebilling errors. An individual with some understanding of and experience with billing and invoicing is preferred.
